The Health & Safety of our TEAM and YOU is of paramount importance.

To all our lovely clients,

We take health and safety very seriously at Revive during this time of COVID-19. We want to make sure our staff and our clients feel safe and protected while visiting us for their beauty treatments. We have covered all health and safety and follow all government guidelines and have been preparing the salon for your return.

We are hoping to soon find out a date in July of when we will be reopening. We have had to make a few changes to the salon to make sure you all feel safe. Unfortunately we will not be offering our shorter service treatments, instead we have combined these into packages with great savings. We will only be offering a minimum of  60 minutes slots per client. This is so we can try and service all our clients whilst staff having less contact With clients per day. 

Most days each therapist could normally see up to 20 different clients  in a day.  This way now each therapist will only see a maximum of 7 clients per day. 

We will also be asking all clients to 

  • Sanitise your  hands on arrival
  • Bring a face mask with you to wear through out your treatment.
  • Please come alone to your appointment
  • Card only payments or pre pay your appointment at home
  • If you have any symptoms of Covid 19 please do not come into the salon
  • All bookings will be made online or via phone no walkins
  • 2 meters distance from other staff or clients
  • No magazines or hot drinks will be offered
  • Each area will be fully sanitised between clients
  • We have protective screens on reception and our nail bars

 

I hope you continue to support us through this difficult time for all, as without you Revive would not be the same.

Please see attached a new Covid 19 pricelist this may be in place for three months or as and when guidelines are given. I want to Continue to give you a high luxury quality service and we feel this is the only way to do so. I hope you enjoy the new packages and some well deserved pampering.

The ‘new normal’ Health & Safety procedures

  • We will no longer have magazines as these can’t be disinfected between clients
  • We will not be serving any refreshments including drinks, biscuits or sweets.
  • We will not have any cushions on chairs and where ever possible we will limit the use of towels and bedding so that we can more easily disinfect the work station- manicure desks, treatment beds etc. between clients.
  • We will have plastic protective covers on the treatment beds that can be easily disinfected between clients.
  • We will have screens on all manicure desks and at the reception desk to protect staff and clients from any spray from coughs or sneezes
  • Any tools or implements that cant be disinfected must be considered single use and disposed of after every use.
  • We will only give out appointment cards where necessary – try and get clients to put the date in their phone or make a note themselves.
  • We will not have a waiting area we need to keep clients at least 2 meters apart.
  • Where applicable we will have a 10 -15 minute gap between clients so there is time to clean and disinfect the treatment area.
  • All staff and clients will have their temperature taken on arrival at the salon. (waiting for confirmation on this).
  • We are waiting on clarification from the government about the wearing of gloves – in the mean time this is what we envisage: Gloves to be worn during any treatment where they are practical and also whilst cleaning. Hands must be washed with soap and water after removing gloves. Once you have put gloves on, be very mindful not to touch anything unnecessary – including any part of your face.
  • Everyone entering the salon must use the hand gel provided.
  • Masks/ face coverings- The Government is currently advising:
  • Manicure/ pedicure desks have been moved to ensure social distancing compliance. We will monitor customers in the shop to ensure social distancing is maintained.

The salon will be very busy when we finally open our doors in July.

Tuesday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Wednesday: 11am to 8pm
Thursday: 11am to 8pm
Friday: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 9am to 5pm

Clients that have purchased a gift voucher to support us whilst we have paused the salon will get 1st priority and time slots.

Clients that have already made a booking with us during lockdown will be next to get an appointment

New Terms & Conditions from July 2020

  • loyalty cards won't be able to be redeemed in the first 3 months of reopening
  • No oap, student discounts in the first 3 months of re opening
  • no loyalty points
  • Expired vouchers in lock down periods have 2 month to use in re opening
